TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation & Returns Policy
The Distance Selling Regulations (Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000), and the Web Trader Code of Practice require that we - unless the law permits otherwise - to give you the right to "cancel" your order without giving a reason.
The cancellation period begins with the day on which the contract is concluded and ends on the expiry of 7 working days counting from after the day on which you receive the goods.
You have the right to a cooling off period
during which you may cancel your order for any reason.
How to Cancel
To exercise this right you must return and pay for the cost of returning the goods. The cost of "return" is the only charge that may be levied.
All other monies must be returned.
Where you exercises the right to cancel, we will return
your money within "30 days of cancellation". This is irrespective as to whether the goods have actually been returned at that stage.
Nevertheless, where relevant, a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the direct cost of collecting the goods where they have not been returned, as requested, by you.
